For this recipe I took the recipe from the post below and modified it slightly.
2 1/3 cups flour
1 tbsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
Then I frosted it with Lemon Cream Cheese icing from this post.
